SPECTRUM kick-off meeting
The ten partners met in Amsterdam to start the project: the plan of work, the six Key Exploitable Results, communication and events, and the first General Assembly.

SPECTRUM started with a three-day meeting hosted by the coordinator, EGI Foundation, at Amsterdam Science Park. Partners from EGI, CERN, OCA, CNRS, INFN, FZJ, Neovia Innovation, SURF, CINECA and ASTRON agreed how they would work together and what the project would deliver.
What was discussed
- Ways of working and the team agreement
- Envisioning each Key Exploitable Result: the SRIDA, the Technical Blueprint, the landscape analysis, the access policies, the Community of Practice and the use cases
- Plans for the first-period work packages and tasks
- Terms of reference for the External Advisory Board
- Project management, communication and events
- The first General Assembly, on 1 February
